After discontinuation of the respective purpose, the corresponding data will be regularly deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Registration on our website
Youkeeps does not require registration; instead, we utilize Microsoft registrations based on the user's implicit consent. Users can access our resources either via Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) or through a unique link.
Provision of paid services
To provide paid services we may ask for additional data, such as your address, to execute your order. We store this data in our systems until the legal retention periods have expired. For payment processing we use the services of Microsoft Marketplace. Sensitive data (such as credit card details or Paypal access data) arising from an order will never be processed or cached on our servers. The processing takes place completely via Microsoft systems.
Voting
When users participate in polls on our websit , we store the corresponding timestamps as well as the name that was provided by the participant. This is done for security purposes, as we may be prosecuted for any illegal content on our website, even if it has been created by users.
Email notifications
Based on your consent, we will send you notifications on behalf of organizer to your specified email address.
In order to send out email notifications we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that notifications were requested by the actual owner of an e-mail address, we use the "Double opt-in" procedure. For this purpose we log the request of the notifications, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected. The data will be used exclusively for the notification dispatch.
You may revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for the notification feature at any time. Please note that notifications are initiated by the organizer and are sent on behalf of organizer.

Change of our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to always comply with the latest legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. Your new visit will be subject to the new privacy policy.
